Triplett USB In-Wall Camera
Just got mine and played with it a little. Seems to work pretty good. Has an adjustable light and a still camera as well. The flexable section is about 25 " long. Not bad for 50 bucks.

I asked them at Expo to drop the handle, and just give us the small camera head with a long usb cable. It would be perfect for attaching to the end of a fish stix and seeing higher up in a wall/ceiling cavity. Probably cheaper for them to make it too.

But then you might not be able to adjust the light level or take a picture.
